Your unwanted items can be loved by someone else and can provide feed and life saving medicine for over 100 rescued horses that are cared for by savethehorses.org.
Do you have a quality item to donate?
We will sell your donated items such as equestrian themed art and decor, from our retail store inside Queen of Hearts in Alpharetta GA. You will find us on Calhoun street beginning on July 15, 2018. Proceeds benefit savethehorses.org.
In addition, your donated equestrian clothing, saddles and tack will be sold at our quarterly garage sales and on eBay and Craigslist.
Proceeds benefit more than
100 horses and 30 other animals
that savethehorses.org cares for.
On average it costs $400 a month
to care for a single horse & that
does not include medical expenses!
Feed the Horses was created to assist Save the Horses Rescue, a non profit rescue organization based in Cumming GA (www.savethehorses.org), with their fundraising efforts and to bring awareness to our local community about the importance of equine rescue and rehabilitation. Proceeds from the sale of second hand items and tack benefit the equines and other animals of Save the Horses.org.
We will sell your unwanted quality items and the proceeds will save rescued animal lives.
Based in Milton, GA, Feed the Horses is owned and operated by Cella Nelson, a Board Member of Save the Horses and also the Marketing Director and Volunteer Coordinator. Cella is committed to assisting the rescue to create alternate revenue sources to cement its future ability to save even more horses from abuse, neglect and slaughter.
